Our highly trained machinists can collaborate with you from design to build to delivery with our in house machine shop. When a company comes to us with a drawing or a standard we then design a part or assembly in collaboration for use right away or prototyping. The latest one is a modular mold for epoxy and, the outer ends are changeable to allow for a different angle.The surface finish needed to be 0.4μm and, we achieved that with fine 3D milling machine lines in our cnc vertical mill combined with polishing.
